FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do we talk about in the first consultation?

We talk about the student's age and current education, level of English, goals, planned start date, budget and preferred cities. You do not have to decide anything at the end of it.

Can I study in the UK if my English is not good enough yet?

Yes. Language schools are there for exactly that. If you are aiming for a degree or a master's, you can also start with a pre-sessional English course, which some universities run for students who have not yet met their English requirement. We will work out the best route for your level together.

When should I apply?

It depends on the programme. Undergraduate applications go through UCAS and can be sent from September of the year before the course starts; the deadline for most courses is in January. Language and summer schools are more flexible, but starting early gives you more choice.

Can you help me as a parent?

Of course. We work with parents as much as with students. We start by talking about your child's age, level of English and your expectations, and plan each step with you.
